I work with my clients in a very integrative way

Every person’s story unfolds differently, and it’s a privilege to witness those changes up close. The words shared here come from people who’ve taken steps toward healing, growth, or clarity – each in their own way. Their experiences reflect the real work that happens when someone chooses to show up for themselves.

These testimonials aren’t about perfection or quick fixes, they’re small windows into what’s possible when support, honesty, and commitment meet. If you’re curious about what the process can feel like, these voices might help you see that meaningful change doesn’t have to be dramatic – it just has to begin.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”

Sam, Hertfordshire, UK

I began my sessions with Claudia almost 2 years ago. Her guidance and support during this time has allowed me to understand myself, the way I think, and the way I react to situations in a way that previously I had never understood. Claudia creates a safe space for me, that allows me to open up on topics that previously I had buried, she gently and insightfully guides me whilst always allowing me to set the topic of conversation. Claudia has changed my life in so many positive ways and I’m so grateful that I have her to call on.

ML, London, UK

Claudia has been my therapist for nearly a year, and during that period, my life has transformed significantly. I sought her assistance due to ongoing struggles with debilitating depression that has persisted since I was 15, along with family issues I was dealing with. Through a combination of talk therapy and EMDR, we have identified and begun to heal deep childhood wounds as well as current problems. If someone had told me a year ago that I would now feel such calm and confidence, I would not have believed it. The EMDR therapy has been particularly effective in tackling past trauma.

I cannot recommend working with Claudia enough. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

EMDR- Daniel C, UK

I’ve been seeing Claudia for a few years now firstly and it’s not an exaggeration to say she helped save my life. Her help and guidance through the years have been like a sanctuary to me. More recently we have been working using EMDR and I’ve been astounded with the results that have helped me to process the most difficult and painful moments of my life. She has made such an effort to know me from the start and i’m always amazed and grateful with how much she remembers and refers back to. Thank you Claudia.

EMDR- EM, London, UK

I started working with Claudia about a year and a half ago. At that point, I had already tried a few other therapists but never found the right fit. In fact, during our very first session, I told her that I hadn’t liked therapy in the past, and that I’d probably stop showing up soon. Yet here I am, 1.5 years later, still showing up to every session.

With Claudia, I found someone who offered me space to simply be – without judgment. She’s always been kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. She makes room for all parts of me, and never insists that I “must” or “must not” do something. Instead, she gently guides me towards making my own choices.

Through our work together, she’s taught me not only how to approach situations which I previously had difficulties with, but also how to approach myself with the same gentleness and compassion I’d offer others. I still stumble sometimes, but I’ve come a long way from where I was when I first met her.

Recently, we’ve also begun EMDR therapy, which has helped me understand myself more deeply and get to the root of many of my core beliefs. There’s still a long way to go, and I’m very much a work in progress- but Claudia has been a steady, grounding presence through it all. I’m deeply grateful for her and the space she’s created for my growth and healing.

EMDR - Brindu Berza, Counsellor & Leadership coach, UK

Claudia is a compassionate, skilled and intuitive therapist who creates a safe space for deep healing. Her gentle presence helped me feel at ease as we used EMDR to explore painful and long buried memories that were quietly shaping my everyday life.

With Claudia’s support and guidance, I was able to confront and release emotions that had weighed me down for years. Each session brought new insights and left me feeling lighter, more empowered, and more connected to my self and life.

EMDR has been a game changer in healing my childhood trauma. It helped me shed old beliefs and emotional burdens deeply buried in my mind, some of them I didn’t even realize I was carrying. I now feel free to step into life with greater strength and clarity, fresh insights and a new way to look at my past.

I’m deeply grateful for this journey with Claudia, it has truly changed my life.

DB, Uk.

Claudia once asked me look for the good in a difficult situation; as we finished the therapy together, I realised that she was the good that came out of my need for therapy. Claudia helped me make peace with the past and to see my life from a different and more positive perspective which I hope to carry forward. I am deeply grateful for her help and guidance.

Matt, Uk.

I have been working with Claudia for a few months now and have seen a big improvement in my mental health in this time. My sessions with Claudia are relaxed, open and insightful. Claudia is a great listener but this is by no means a one way process and she is guiding me on a journey of self discovery. She has used a number of different techniques to help me relax and encourage me to think about topics that have been holding me back. She also recorded a meditation session for me which has been really useful to play back. There is still work to be done but I am no longer awake for hours in the night and having anxiety attacks through the day. I would happily recommend Claudia to friends and family.

IH, Uk.

I had a very targeted short-term therapy with Claudia, her approach was very holistic which was very important me. She helped me set myself realistic goals and I feel I have achieved everything I wanted to. She was very kind and compassionate but also the appropriate amount of guidance.

Simona, Uk.

I was struggling with depression, anxiety and I felt like life was not worth living anymore when I met Claudia. It was indeed difficult to look within and work with myself, to process everything, but Claudia has been an amazing guide through what I think was and still is the most challenging journey for me.
She offered me lots of techniques that helped me to deal with my emotions and she made sure that those techniques resonate with me. She widened my perspective, and she taught me to look at life from various angles.
All the work that we did together improved the relationship with myself and the ones around me and that made me remember how precious life is.

Sue S., Uk.

When I first came to see Claudia she made me feel relaxed and comfortable and I was able to talk about anything I wanted. She was very reassuring, she coped well when I got distressed and was able to talk me thorough difficult issues. She has a spiritual, empathic and caring nature. I have been seeing her for over a year and am very happy with the work we are doing. I thoroughly recommend Claudia.

Azmina M., Uk.

After years of having different therapy sessions and never actually getting to the bottom of the issue, I met Claudia. I have had sessions with Claudia for a year. The therapy sessions Claudia provided did not just look at the current problem but Claudia looked at me as whole. The sessions have opened my eyes made me look at myself in a different way. Claudia is honest and caring and provided me with a safe and secure environment to be open. There were occasions when I had to see her  last minute in between sessions and Claudia made herself available to see me. This was much appreciated. Thank you Claudia for everything.

Craig B, Uk.

Before my first session I was so nervous and didn’t know what to expect, within seconds I felt at ease with Claudia and couldn’t get over how good it was to talk about my issues.

Claudia made it very clear that this was my time to let go, if I wanted to swear I could, if I needed to cry I could and at no point was there any judgements.

I just finally felt understood and relaxed. Thank you so much for all your wonderful work. Without your help I dread to think where I would be.

Carmen R, Uk

“I worked with Claudia during a time of great grief in my life, after losing 4 of my family members in less than a year. I kept myself very busy, I felt I do not have time to mourn and cry for the loss I have suffered. Since working with Claudia, I paused, searched deeply inside myself and my emotional world and  accessed and released the pain, the grief and the loss. I now feel much freer, lighter and at peace. As a counsellor Claudia is challenging, and I could not hide, run away or avoid my pain or the darkness inside, and yet, she is gentle, kind, and compassionate at the same time. I always felt safe, held, mirrored, and at ease during our sessions together. Thank you!

J Puddifoot, UK – trainer and counsellor

“I have been involved with psychotherapy for over 25 yrs and during this time I have experienced different therapists for personal therapy. It is rare to find a therapist who has the skill and knowledge to support you on all levels of your being – spiritually, mentally, emotional and physically. Claudia is one of these rare therapists who can work with all levels which enables a deeper integration of self. Her ability to work with the historical residues of trauma with the understanding of the energetics is truly transformative.

TJ, India

Claudia is always warm, loving, helpful and gentle. She is a professional in every aspect of her communication, she is a very rare gem of a human being who constantly exudes positivity and capability.

DH, UK

I contacted Claudia because events in my life felt frightening and overwhelming. Claudia was instantly warm and welcoming, she is an active listener and has a gift, it seems to me, of reaching in beyond the kernel of the presenting difficulty to find a way of addressing whatever the challenge truly is. Claudia has helped me achieve a different perspective on the complexities of my life so that I can now face the future more confidently.

Corina V, Ro

Claudia is warm, kind and very open, in her presence I feel safe and comfortable, I can be completely and totally myself and bring to the therapy my darkest and most inner feelings.

Claudia has helped me to ‘escape the darkness’ and to once more see the light of life, her help and support is incredible. I feel that working with Claudia has been a lifesaving intervention and I am able to be myself again, able to make choices and living my own life, for which I am deeply grateful.

I recommend Claudia from all my heart.

Julia N, UK

When I first started working with Claudia I felt totally lost, emotionally drained and exhausted.  I now have a much clearer understanding of my childhood and how it informed and influenced my adulthood.  Working with Claudia I feel I am in a safe environment; I feel accepted and allowed to be all of me.

Claudia listens to me, she brings a different perspective, an alternative, I feel encouraged to reflect and do things differently, through our work together my emotional wellbeing, actions and choices have changed.

CI, Uk

I will start by saying that I am so much looking forward to my sessions with Claudia. I’ve been to therapy before, but this time is different. Claudia makes me feel very comfortable and she is very empathic, so I feel at ease talking about everything that is, or has ever bothered me. After only a couple of sessions, she has helped me understand myself and my feelings. With Claudia is not just a session of therapy, it is a connection, she is very spiritual and caring. Time with Claudia is life changing and I am so grateful for having her in my life.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How Does Psychotherapy Help You?

Psychotherapy offers a structured and supportive environment to understand thoughts, emotions, and behaviors more clearly. Through guided reflection and evidence-based techniques, it helps identify patterns that may be holding you back and supports the development of healthier ways of coping and relating. The process encourages personal insight, emotional regulation, and greater confidence in navigating daily challenges.

How Do You Know When It Is Time To Stop Therapy?

Knowing when to stop therapy usually becomes clear through mutual discussion between you and your therapist. It often happens when you notice a greater sense of stability, confidence in managing challenges, and the ability to use insights from sessions independently. Ending therapy doesn’t mean the work is over — it means you have the tools and awareness to continue growing on your own, with the option to return whenever new needs arise.

What Kinds Of Problems Might Be Addressed In Therapy?

Therapy can address a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological concerns. People often seek support for anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, or difficulties in relationships. It can also be helpful during life transitions, grief, or moments of uncertainty. The focus is on understanding underlying patterns and developing practical ways to create lasting change and emotional balance

Should You See A Therapist Or Psychiatrist

The choice depends on your needs. A therapist focuses on exploring thoughts, emotions, and behavior through conversation and psychological techniques, helping you understand and manage challenges. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can assess mental health from a medical perspective and prescribe medication when appropriate. In some cases, working with both professionals provides the most effective balance between emotional support and medical treatment.

What if we don’t get on?

Counselling involves a relationship between the counsellor and the client and I believe this relationship is at the heart of the counselling process. Sometimes a client may feel angry, hurt, irritated or annoyed with their counsellor. They may feel unheard or misunderstood. If this happens, I would encourage a client to share those feelings with me. They can often reflect a parallel with how a client feels in relationships outside the counselling room and talking them through safely and without judgement can be a crucial part of the work.

However, sometimes a client may feel that we just don’t connect, the relationship is not the right ‘fit’ for right now, or don’t feel comfortable. In this case I would invite the client to be honest and open so I can support you in looking elsewhere for someone who may be able to support going forward.

What Happens During a Therapy Session?

Each session is guided by what feels most relevant to you. The therapist helps you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a structured, confidential setting. Conversations often focus on identifying patterns, processing emotions, and finding new ways of responding. Over time, sessions build on one another, supporting meaningful and steady progress.

Is Everything I Say in Therapy Confidential?

Yes, what you share in therapy remains private. Confidentiality is a core part of the therapeutic relationship and is protected by professional ethics and law. The only exceptions involve situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or when required by law. Your therapist will always explain these limits clearly before beginning.

How Long Does Therapy Usually Take?

The duration of therapy varies depending on your goals, needs, and the issues being addressed. Some people benefit from short-term work focused on a specific concern, while others choose longer-term therapy for deeper personal growth. Together with your therapist, you’ll regularly review progress and decide when the time feels right to conclude.

Can Therapy Help Even If I Don’t Know Exactly What’s Wrong?

It’s completely normal to feel unsure about where to start. Therapy doesn’t require you to have everything figured out – part of the process is discovering what matters most as you talk. Your therapist will guide the conversation with questions or reflections that help you explore what’s beneath the surface. Even moments of silence or uncertainty can lead to meaningful insight and self-understanding.
