Claudia Marjoram
Psychosynthesis Counsellor and EMDR therapist in training
Hello, I’m Claudia
I’m a Psychosynthesis Counsellor and EMDR therapist in training, registered with the BACP. I also work part-time for the NHS as a High Intensity Therapist, accredited by the BABCP.
My journey began in pharmaceutical research, then led to fitness and nutrition coaching, before discovering that true wellbeing includes emotional and mental health. My training at the Institute of Psychosynthesis followed by two years volunteering across India and South East Asia deepened my understanding of resilience, growth, and human potential.
My approach
I work in a person-centred, integrative way, welcoming all parts of you — experiences, thoughts, and feelings. As an EMDR therapist in training, I bring a trauma-informed perspective to help process distressing memories safely.
Why counselling matters
Life challenges are opportunities for healing the past, growth and transformation. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, presence, and guidance as you reconnect with your true Self.
